WWDH — For the Dunbar community!
About
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit community radio station serving the Dunbar community. We share news, culture, local events, and opportunity information to uplift our neighborhood.
Our Vision
Tiger FM was born from one simple idea — that the Dunbar community deserves its own voice. Broadcasting from Dunbar High School, the station connects students, families, and neighbors through local music, sports, and stories that reflect who we are. As a low-power FM (LPFM) station, WWDH-LP 93.3 FM reaches a 12-mile radius and streams live worldwide, proving that local pride can travel far.
Rob Liddle — founder of Tiger FM — wears many hats: social studies teacher, TV production mentor, and community builder. Since launching the station in June 2015, his mission has been clear: to give Dunbar students a platform to learn broadcasting skills and share the stories that matter most to their neighborhood.
“There’s nothing local for the Dunbar community. I wanted to build something that gives our kids and residents a true local voice.” — Rob Liddle
Rob believes every student has a spark waiting to be seen and heard — that “each one of us has a special talent we bring to the community.” Under his guidance, Tiger FM has become more than a school project; it’s a living example of what happens when education meets purpose and local pride finds its frequency.
